The six-step flow

    List the property Seller
    Owner uploads title deed + photos. DLD verification stub validates ownership.
  2. 2
    Admin approves & goes live Admin
    Moderator reviews the submission. Approval flips status to live and starts the window.
  3. 3
    Buyers fund escrow Buyer
    Each buyer locks an escrow deposit before they may submit a sealed bid.
  4. 4
    Submit sealed offers Buyer
    Bids stay sealed for the entire window — no one sees competing prices.
  5. 5
    Window closes, seller decides Seller
    Window expires automatically. Seller sees all offers and accepts one (or none).
  6. 6
    Deed transfer & refunds Platform
    Winner’s escrow flows to settlement. Losing bidders are refunded automatically.
